This policy covers the DeXeWallet website and the desktop application when installed.

Keys, accounts and application preferences are stored on your device. DeXeWallet cannot access them remotely.

The website uses minimal analytics only when explicitly enabled from the cookie banner. It is off by default.

The website uses cookies for necessary functionality and, if you consent, preferences and analytics. See the Cookies page for detail.

When you contact support, only the fields you copy from the diagnostic snapshot are transmitted. Never share recovery phrase or unencrypted secrets.
